The rentals we offer are available for negotiable periods of time, generally from one or two weeks to several months. Some are frequently used by their owners and all are carefully inspected and required to meet our stringent standards of comfort, attractiveness and practicality. All are fully furnished and equipped appropriate to these standards and in some cases, particular additional requirements can also be catered for. We aim to provide accommodation of good quality for all budgets and have a flexible approach to the requests and requirements of both Landlords and Tenants.

Rents, of course, vary in relation to property size, desirability and location; those situated nearest the sailing events, of course, being at a premium.

Please contact us with your specific requirements, bearing in mind that our property owners are all very flexible in their approach to this particular type of letting which may cross the boundary between holiday and longer term residential rental. tenancy.

We need you to stipulate number of bedrooms (and beds), location (radius of the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy), price and dates of rental period. A form for this purpose and our contact details are provided under “Contact Us”

Once your choice is made
You will normally be required to pay in advance the sum of one-third of total rental, or the full amount if less than 2 months before the rental period commences.

Your booking will then be confirmed. Prior to the start of the rental, a refundable security deposit will be required normally equal to 25% of the total rental. This is held against possible dilapidations, breakages or other charges that may be agreed between the parties.
